Mortgage Revolution Anti-Spam Policy
Mortgage Revolution has a strict Anti-Spam policy to protect the integrity of our events and web site communities.
We want people to feel safe networking online or passing out business cards at our live shows.
Here are a few bullets to clarify:
- Speakers are given explicit instructions, and even sign an agreement to not pitch product from stage.
- Blatant spam comments on MRev.org articles or on our Facebook page are deleted immediately.
- Most importantly, the contact information of attendees at a show, blog subscribers or webinar registrants is never sold or given out.
- We do not endorse third party emails that may be pitching special “MRev” deals.
- All MRev promotions, endorsements or advertising will be highlighted specifically on the Mortgage Revolution blog/site in a clear and transparent manner. Examples of special “Vendor Love” would include specific landing pages or posts that we create to feature our sponsors as a Thank You for their support.
Keep in mind that this is a true grass-roots effort, and all money raised goes to charity. ($41,000 so far in 2010)
Basically, this is not a business venture that can be politically manipulated or influenced through financial temptations.
