Volunteers Needed For MRev SF

I sincerely want to thank everyone who reached out to us about volunteering and supporting MRev.

We had over 50 people volunteer to present and share their strategies for success in San Francisco. I’m actually still in the process of personally reaching out to everyone who spent the time to fill out a speaker application to thank them, as well as to put together plans for integrating them into future events.

Besides the volunteer requests we received from potential presenters, I had many people ask about helping out at the live event, promoting us online, contributing to the blog, holding webinars and setting up their own event.

I will be updating this blog over the next 30 days with details about all of the ways you can join forces with MRev, but for this particular post I’d like to focus specifically on what we need on the ground in San Francisco.

Volunteering In San Francisco

As many of you know, this movement is 100% fueled by volunteer efforts, and any additional money raised after the hard costs of throwing an event go to our charities.

Here is where we’ll need some help:

  • Wednesday Night – 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm  – 4-5 people for setup
  • Thursday Morning – 7 am – 9:30 am – 6-7 people for registration tables
  • Thursday Noon – Info table – 3-4 people rotating throughout the day
  • Friday Evening – 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm  – 4-5 people for breakdown
  • Video – 3 people during each breakout session / main stage time

    Thanks David. We’ll be at the hotel setting up around 5:30, and then will meet up with everyone at the hotel lobby bar or something afterwards.

    I will be getting in Wednesday night and am willing to help out where needed. I’m not sure what Ginger has in line for me to do, but I’m willing to help where I can. So sign me up coach.
