Inspired by Troy’s personal journey into business with some of the greats like Donald Trump and Warren Buffet, Troy had set out to share the lessons he learned with these and other world-renowned leaders in business and industry.

He soon discovered the same lessons were right in front of him, apparent everyday in people like his profoundly deaf and developmentally delayed sister, and the millions of other people in the world with so-called disabilities.

He knew he just has to look further. Because sometimes the most valuable lessons aren’t taught in a classroom—or even by the world’s most successful businesspeople.

Troy shares the story of how he built his company using the lessons taught to him not by Trump or Buffet, but by this group of unlikely experts.

Troy’s ability to listen and to hear people’s needs and wants in business is in large part the secret to his success. Yet he attended no class on how to read people or translate their body language, he simply learned this from his greatest asset: his kid sister, who is profoundly deaf and developmentally delayed.
